It started with pancakes at breakfast and pizza at lunch, all moderately portioned, of course, but I've had the munchies nonstop!&lt;br /&gt;So here is what got eaten today...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pancakes with syrup and light butter       5&lt;br /&gt;Pizza (leftover from last night)           8&lt;br /&gt;Grapes                                     1&lt;br /&gt;Ice cream sandwich                         3&lt;br /&gt;Sushi                                      5&lt;br /&gt;Chips                                      2&lt;br /&gt;Rice Cake                                  1&lt;br /&gt;Apple                                      1&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Used all points (including the extras I allotted earlier this week), and 1 flex point.&lt;br /&gt;I'm still hungry.... uh oh.&lt;br /&gt;I feel a snack coming on... Today is the 4th day that I'm back on weight watchers. I have managed to stay on the plan for all 4 days now. I have decided to add 18 flex points at random to all 7 days, so some days I'll eat 24, others 26, some just 22. I still have flex points left to "play" with too. So far its working out really well.
