A little high today...

I was hungry all day. It started with pancakes at breakfast and pizza at lunch, all moderately portioned, of course, but I've had the munchies nonstop!
So here is what got eaten today...

Pancakes with syrup and light butter 5
Pizza (leftover from last night) 8
Grapes 1
Ice cream sandwich 3
Sushi 5
Chips 2
Rice Cake 1
Apple 1

Used all points (including the extras I allotted earlier this week), and 1 flex point.
I'm still hungry.... uh oh.
I feel a snack coming on... Maybe I'll be able to hold out?

Day 4!

I started May 30, weighing in at 167. Today is the 4th day that I'm back on weight watchers. I have managed to stay on the plan for all 4 days now. I have decided to add 18 flex points at random to all 7 days, so some days I'll eat 24, others 26, some just 22. I still have flex points left to "play" with too. So far its working out really well. I've been walking the dog a lot too, half an hour in the morning and half at night, but I haven't really been logging my activity points, just counting them as fudge room in case I underestimate on points.
What I've eaten today:

Raisin Bran with skim milk 4 pts
2 eggs, cheese, spinach + turkey 7 pts
Iced coffee with milk 1 pt
Grapes 1 pt
Apple 1 pt
Soy Crisps 2 pts
Homemade pizza 8 pts
Ice cream sandwich 3 pts

Total points: 27
